Wentzells Lake native Cliff Worden-Rogers finished top-10 in his age group at last month's Ironman 70.3 California.

 The recent University of New Brunswick graduate completed a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride and a 13.1-mile run.

 The defending Canadian long-distance duathlon silver medallist placed 163rd overall in the California Ironman, which typically includes about 2,200 athletes from dozens of countries.
