Fined for failing to appear COUNTY - Randall John MacInnis pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to appear in court on a particular date last year.
He has six months to pay $230 in fines as a result of the guilty plea, provincial court heard last week. Mr. MacInnis last week apologized for not making the April 16, 2008, court appearance. posted on 08/11/09 |
