Caught with marijuana Getting caught with marijuana has landed a Newburne man on house arrest for a month. That's part of a six-month conditional sentence which Edwin Eugene Eisnor received November 12 on charges of possessing marijuana and breaching probation. He'll spend the last five months on a curfew and must also take substance abuse counselling and stay clear of drugs. Mr. Eisnor, 44, was caught with marijuana in Cookville on September 30, 2008. He was also fined $500. posted on 11/17/09 |
