New recreation director namedby Paula Levy Trudy Payne - New municipal recreation director COUNTY - The Municipality of Lunenburg has named a new recreation director.
Trudy Payne, formerly with the recreation department of the Municipality of Chester, will take over the reigns from current director, Carroll Randall. Mr. Randall, who has been with the municipality for over 30 years, will retire on December 31. "We are excited about what [Ms Payne] can bring to the table," said Mayor Don Downe. Ms Payne said she was looking forward to returning to Lunenburg County.
