Cyclists are getting ready for warmer days with a weekly spin workout at the HB Studios Sports Centre. Using bikes on trainers, the program is designed to build good biking skills while increasing fitness.

By the end of January, the 3 x 30 winter triathlon series gets under way. Each month, participants record how far they can swim, bike and run in 30 minutes. The activities don't have to be done concurrently and can be done at a location convenient for the participants. The series is free and open to everyone.
