Talent is brewing at Bridgewater Junior/Senior High School.

 The yearly variety show takes place on April 29 at 7 p.m. at the school. It's a showcase of the students' talents and abilities. Musical, comical, strange, fun and hidden talents are shown at this school fundraiser.

 Music gigs, stand-up comedy, dance and acting are just some of the things you can expect next week.

 TJ Shepherd, a local hip-hop artist who goes by the name "Real Keen," is one of the more well-known and anticipated acts on its way in the near future.

 It's a great way to help students become comfortable and help their talents become recognized and maybe even help them begin furthering their abilities.

 "The purpose of the variety show is to showcase the wide range of talent at our school," says co-leader of the school spirit council Jessica Kiss.

 "We think it is good because it gives the students a chance to showcase their talent in front of people they know and it's a reminder that we can have fun within the learning environment," says Alyssa Little, the other co-leader.
