I wish to express my sincere thanks to all those who sent cards, flowers, phone calls and visits during my two-and-a-half-month stay in hospitals. Thanks to friends and family (especially my nephew Peter and his wife, Marilyn, who waited on me so diligently), also thanks to staff and paramedics at Bridgewater, Halifax and Lunenburg hospitals.
