The East Chester Recreation Association met for a card party August 30 with 12 tables in play. Winners were, ladies' first, Betty Payne, 950; second, Dolly Langille, 910; third, Rose Pritchard, 855; gents' first, Don Hume, 810; second, Lloyd Fitch, 810; third, Frankie Langille, 805; 30-60 bags, Joan Dorey and Gloss Slade; door prize, Donnie Hiltz; half-take, $69.50, Mary Bremner.
The next card party will be September 6 at 1:30 p.m.
