Impaired drivers fined A fight with her boyfriend that drew the attention of police led to a breathalyser conviction for a Mahone Bay woman January 11. Tammy Sue Eisnor, 45, was fined $1,000 and lost her licence for a year after she pleaded guilty to a charge of failing a blood-alcohol test. A Mountie was on patrol on Highway 103 near Exit 12 on June 28 of last year when he saw a vehicle on the side of the road and a male passenger walking away from it. He stopped to make sure everything was okay and discovered the female driver - Ms Eisnor - had been drinking. She failed a roadside screening test and a blood test later revealed a level of 113 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
Blowing breathalyser readings of 120 and 110 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood will cost a Kingsport man $1,150 and his licence for a year.
