Drinking broke rules Twice getting caught intoxicated while on a court order not to drink has earned a Bridgewater man a year on probation. That's part of a suspended sentence which Aaron David Kelly, 39, received January 23 after pleading guilty to two counts of breaching an undertaking and one count of possessing marijuana. Mr. Kelly was found drunk on a Bridgewater street on May 28 of last year. Then on October 26, he was intoxicated as a passenger in a car stopped by police. When arrested and searched, he had just under two grams of marijuana in his pocket. While on probation, Mr. Kelly was ordered to stay clear of alcohol and drugs and take counselling as directed.
