Lifestyle centre to cost $42 million

Architects estimate the region's new pool, rink and library complex will cost $42 million. That's if it includes two ice pads.

Proponents have to decide to either raise more money or, as the architects are hinting, drop an ice surface for now. One of the architects explains the numbers to local politicians Friday and gives his thoughts on keeping the library in the mix.
