* Butter or margarine
* Thyme

Method
Slice up the can of spam into 8 slices
Place butter or margarine into frying pan
Pre-heat until fat starts to bubble
Place sliced spam into frying pan and sprinkle with thyme and pepper
Turn once when browned
Serve with potato and vegetables
